Jocelyn is a passionate leader who has always been intrigued by people, technology and workplace culture. She is an accomplished sales executive with extensive revenue-generation strategy experience across many verticals including financial, tech, CPG and pharma. She has worked in several areas of the talent acquisition space including IT staffing (NTT DATA), Business & Technology Consulting Services (Princeton Information and CCN), and PMO Managed Services (Atlas). Jocelyn ran the Executive Search practice for tech startups helping them scale sales teams (The Fieldstone Group). While at SHIFT HR (Compliance and Diversity and Inclusion Training), Jocelyn focused on creating awareness of unconscious bias and educating clients how to improve workplace culture through comprehensive training programs. She has collaborated with decision makers and human resource professionals in hundreds of companies, from start-ups to the Fortune 500 including Morgan Stanley, Verizon, Prudential and J&J to provide impactful technology and business talent.
